Details About the Program
The Swami Dayanand Education Foundation (SDEF) launched the Merit-cum-Means Scholarship 2023–24 as a way to help students going to government or private Indian universities that are pursuing undergraduate degrees in fields like engineering, medicine, architecture, and other professional fields. Supporting exceptionally talented students who are struggling financially so they can pursue and finish their college education is the goal of SDEF. Candidates who are chosen will receive funding to pursue higher education of up to INR 50,000 annually or INR 2 lakh over the course of their degree.
About of SDEF
Founded in 2015 with the honourable goal of providing scholarships to college students in India and the US, the organisation was started by Mr. Ashutosh Garg and its founding trustees. The foundation's mission has been to ensure that all worthy students, regardless of their financial situation, can afford a high-quality college education since its founding.

Eligibility
- The scholarship is available for undergraduate courses as well as professional programmes in engineering, medicine, architecture, and other fields.
- Marks in the 12th grade of at least 75% and a CGPA of at least 7.5.
- Less than INR 6 lakh is the annual family income.

For JEE/NEE Rank Holders:
- Ranks 1–500: INR 1.5 lakh for 3 years
- Ranks 501–1500: INR 1.2 lakh for 3 years
- Ranks 1501-3000: INR 90,000 for 3 years

- Academic Marksheets for all semesters/term-wise scores
- Seat Allotment Letter and Rank Letter
- Copy of Fee Receipts
- Copy of Scholarship Letter/Education Loan, if any.

- Family Income Proof- Salary Certificate/Salary Slip (For 3 Months)/IT Return Form
- Agricultural land documents/Pics of Shop.

Note That: This year, there will be an online application process. By selecting the "APPLY NOW" button below, interested students who meet the requirements can submit an application. Online applications will begin to be accepted on August 1, 2023, and the deadline is October 31, 2023.
